    natural methods of fat reduction include proper diet and proper schedule correction. Try these ayurvedic tips-
    a) avoid short meals like breakfast supper etc. And have two major meals a day only.
    B) evening meals should be before 7 pm.
    C) wakeup early before 6: 30 and go for running and kapalbhati pranayam (gym will not help you)
    d) avoid non veg diet, dairy products and fast foods.
    E) avoid rice and potato.
    F) use obenyl tab 2 twice daily.

    weight gain generally occur due to improper eating habits and sleep excess. Try these ayurvedic tips-
    a) avoid over eating, non-veg, fast food and spicy diet.
    B) avoid day sleep and wake up before 6: 30 in the morning and go for running.

    Your weight should not exceed 68 kilos.
    You need to loose atleast ten kgs.
    -set up a routine and work out for an hour everyday.
    -eat healthy and reduce the intake of tea/coffee/sugar and oil.
    -make fruits and boiled or raw vegetables a substitute for your lunch for some days.

    U should follow the following guidelines for weight loss,
    1) do not skip any meals
    2) take your dinner by 7: 30
    3) avoid fried food and refined food
    4) take only 1 tsp of sugar in a day, you can take stevia instead. Avoid sugar free
