The stress you are taking will take toll on your body and it is because of this reason that you are not excited enough when its time to get intimate. Try to eat frequent small healthy meals 6 times a day. 3 main meals and 3 snacks. Include vegetables in all your meals and snacks. Make a point to eat atleast one cup of raw vegetables daily. 2 servings of fruit and 1 tbsp of nuts is must for healthy weight loss. If you do not have time to do exercise, do your work outs in a different way like climbing steps all the times. Walk-in in your lunch break. Try to walk while talking on your mobile.
