Pregastar capsule is a combination of a coenzyme form of Vitamin B12 along with GABA analog. It is a combination of Methylcobalamin, Pregabalin and circulates through the bloodstream and is used to treat Peripheral neuropathy. In addition to the Vitamin B12 structure, it has an additional methyl containing metal-alkyl group.

This medication helps the body to produce red blood cells and can be used as a dietary supplement. It is also taken as a supplement to fight against the degenerative cell condition called Multiple sclerosis.

This causes a reduced release of neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine, substance P thus slowing down nerve signals.
