Seroflo 250 Inhaler হাঁপানি এবং ক্রনিক ওবস্ট্রা‌কটিভ পালমোনারি রোগের লক্ষণগুলিকে রোধ করতে এবং নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে সহায়তা করে। যে লক্ষণগুলির জন্য এই ওষুধটি ব্যবহার করা হয় তা হল শ্বাসকষ্ট, কাশি, শ্বাস নেওয়ার সময় শোঁ শোঁ শব্দ করা এবং বুকে টান অন্তর্ভুক্ত। এটি ব্যায়ামের সময় শ্বাস নিতে অসুবিধাকেও দমন করতে সাহায্য করে।

সেরোফ্লো ২৫০ ইনহেলার অবশ্যই সেইসব রোগীদের ব্যবহার করার জন্য পরামর্শ দেওয়া উচিত নয় যাদের এই ওষুধ বা দীর্ঘস্থায়ী বিটা-অ্যাগোনিস্ট, আজোল অ্যান্টি-ফাঙ্গাল বা ম্যাক্রোলাইড অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক ওষুধের মতো অন্যান্য ওষুধের থেকে অ্যালার্জি‌ আছে। আপনি যদি ঘন ঘনভাবে হাঁপানি থেকে আক্রান্ত হন এই ওষুধ ব্যবহার করার সময় অতিরিক্ত সাবধানতা অবলম্বন করে চলবেন।

এই ওষুধ ব্যবহারের পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়াগুলির মধ্যে সাইনাস সংক্রমণ, মাথা ঘোরা এবং মাইগ্রেনের মাথা ব্যথা অন্তর্ভুক্ত। তবে পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়াগুলি খুব সাধারণ হয় যার জন্য কোনও চিকিত্সার প্রয়োজন হয় না। কিন্তু যে গুরুতর বা বিরল পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়াগুলির চিকিৎসার প্রয়োজন তার মধ্যে উচ্চ রক্তচাপ, দ্রুত হার্টবিট এবং শ্বাসকষ্টের সমস্যা বেড়ে যাওয়া অন্তর্ভুক্ত।

Seroflo 250 Inhaler acts as a long-acting beta-2 adrenergic agonist. It works by stimulating the intracellular enzyme called adenyl cyclase, which initiates the process of transformation of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to cyclic 3’,5’-adenosine monophosphate (AMP). This relaxes the bronchial smooth muscle and inhibits the release of immediate hypersensitivity mediators from mast cells. And it also binds to the glucocorticoid receptor with high affinity. It is also thought to inhibit cytosolic phospholipase A2, which controls the biosynthesis of potent inflammation mediators like prostaglandins and leukotrienes, thereby reducing inflammation.
