Drotin-M Tablet

Drotin-M Tablet মসৃণ পেশীগুলির কাঁপুনি বা খিঁচুনি নিরাময় করতে ব্যবহৃত হয়, সাধারণত পেটের মধ্যে থাকা পেশীগুলি যার জন্য পেটে ব্যথা হয়। এটি ইরিটেবল বাওয়েল সিন্ড্রোম, মাসিকের ব্যথা এবং জরায়ুর খিঁচুনির জন্যও সহায়ক। প্রাথমিকভাবে ওষুধটি বুকে ব্যথা, পেটে ব্যথা, কিডনিতে পিত্তথলির ব্যথা, রেনাল কোলিকের ব্যথা এবং অন্যান্য অবস্থার চিকিৎসার জন্য ব্যবহার হয়।

এই ওষুধটি ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে যে সম্ভাব্য পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়াগুলি দেখা দিতে পারে সেগুলি হল বমি বমি ভাব, বমিভাব, অজ্ঞান হওয়া, শুষ্ক মুখ, ঘুমের ব্যাধি, কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য, ফ্লাশিং, অ্যালার্জিজনিত ডার্মাটাইটিস, মুখ, ঠোঁট, চোখের পাতা, জিহ্বা, হাত ও পা ফোলা, রক্তচাপ পড়ে যাওয়া এবং নাড়ির হারের পরিবর্তন।

গুরুতর হার্ট, লিভার এবং কিডনি রোগে আক্রান্ত রোগীদের জন্য এই ওষুধ গ্রহণ করার প্রস্তাব দেওয়া হয় না। এই ওষুধটি ত্বক এবং রক্তের জিনগত ব্যাধি দ্বারা আক্রান্ত রোগীদের সতর্কতার সাথে ব্যবহার করা উচিত। যাদের এলার্জি প্রতিক্রিয়া রয়েছে, যেসব মহিলারা গর্ভবতী বা শিশুকে বুকের দুধ খাওয়াচ্ছেন তাদেরও এই ওষুধ এড়িয়ে যাওয়ার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়। এই ওষুধটি অ্যাট্রোপিন, ডাইক্লোফেন্যাক, লেভোডোপা এবং ডায়াজেপামের মতো অন্যান্য কয়েকটি ওষুধের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে। এই ওষুধের কোর্স শুরু করার আগে, আপনি যদি অন্য কোনও ওষুধ সেবন করেন তাহলে সে সম্পর্কে আপনার ডাক্তারকে অবহিত করুন।

• মসৃণ পেশীর খিঁচুনি (Smooth Muscle Spasm)

  এই ওষুধটি গ্যাস্ট্রোইনটেস্টাইনাল ট্র্যাক্ট, পেটের মধ্যে মসৃণ পেশীগুলির ( যা পেটে ব্যথার কারণ) খিঁচুনিকে নিরাময় করতে সহায়ক।

• এলার্জি (Allergy)

  যদি আপনারএই ওষুধের সক্রিয় উপাদান বা এর সাথে উপস্থিত অন্য কোনও উপাদানের সাথে অ্যালার্জির ইতিহাস থাকে তবে এই ওষুধটি আপনার ব্যবহার করার জন্য পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয় না।

• গুরুতর লিভার / কিডনির ক্ষতি (Severe Liver/Kidney Damage)

  যদি আপনার লিভার বা কিডনি কার্যকলাপ মারাত্মকভাবে দুর্বল হয় তাহলে এই ওষুধটি আপনার ব্যবহার করার জন্য সুপারিশ করা হয় না।

• হার্ট ফেলিয়র (Heart Failure)

  যদি আপনার রক্তের অপর্যাপ্ত পাম্পিং দ্বারা সৃষ্ট হার্টের কোনও রোগ থাকে তবে এই ওষুধটি আপনার ব্যবহার করার জন্য় সুপারিশ করা হয় না।

• বমি ভাব বা বমি (Nausea Or Vomiting)
