Diominic-DCA Tablet সিএনএস (কেন্দ্রীয় স্নায়ুতন্ত্র) উত্তেজক, নন-স্টেরয়েডাল অ্যান্টি-ইনফ্ল্যামেটরি ড্রাগ (NSAID) বা স্টেরয়েড নয় এমন একটি প্রদাহ-বিরোধী ওষুধ এবং অ্যাড্রিনার্জি‌ক অ্যাগোনিস্টের সংমিশ্রণে তৈরি একটি অ্যান্টিহিস্টামিন। এটি সাইনাসের চাপ, সাইনাস বদ্ধতা, নাক দিয়ে জল পড়া, গলা এবং নাকের চুলকানি, চোখ থেকে জল পড়া এবং শ্বসনতন্ত্রের উপরের দিকে সংক্রমণ, হে জ্বর এবং এলার্জি‌ কারণে সৃষ্ট হাঁচিকে দমন করার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়। এটি সতর্কতাকে জাগায় এবং ব্যথা থেকে মুক্তি প্রদান করে। ডায়ামিনিক ডিসিএ ট্যাবলেট কেন্দ্রীয় স্নায়ুতন্ত্রকে উদ্দীপিত করে দেহে বিপাকের হারকে পরিবর্তিত করে। এটি অ্যাডিনোসিন রিসেপ্টরগুলিকে নিষ্ক্রিয় করে দেহের মধ্যে শক্তি বৃদ্ধি করে। এটি মূত্রবর্ধক হিসাবেও ব্যবহৃত হতে পারে।

এই ওষুধটি এলোমেলোভাবে ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয় কারণ ওষুধের যথেচ্ছ ব্যবহারে আসক্তির ঝুঁকি রয়েছে। ওষুধটি মহিলাদের উর্বরতা শক্তিকে প্রভাবিত করতে পারে এবং হার্ট অ্যাটাকের ঝুঁকিকে বাড়িয়ে তুলতে পারে। এছাড়াও মেনোপজের লক্ষণগুলির উপরেও ওষুধটি যথেষ্ট প্রভাব ফেলতে পারে।

Diominic-DCA Tablet is a stimulant that affects the central nervous system and is one of the most common psychoactive drugs.
