Deletus D Syrup হল হাঁপানি বা অ্যাজমা, ধূমপান এবং এম্ফিসেমা দ্বারা সৃষ্ট শুকনো কাশি দমন করার জন্য একটি কার্যকরী ডিকনজেস্ট্যান্ট বা বদ্ধতা নিরাময়কারী। ওষুধটি স্নায়ুতন্ত্র এবং মস্তিষ্কের মধ্যে কাশি প্রতিক্রিয়াকে বাড়ানোর জন্য দায়ী সংকেতগুলিকে প্রভাবিত করে কাজ করে। তবে এই ওষুধ শ্লেষ্মা বা কফকে পাতলা করার জন্য কোন কাজ করে না।

এই ওষুধের ডোজ রোগীর বয়স এবং কাশির তীব্রতার উপর ভিত্তি করে বিভিন্ন রোগীর ক্ষেত্রে বিভিন্নরকম হয়। ওষুধ ব্যবহারের সময়কাল সম্পর্কে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুসরণ করুন। আপনার শরীরের জন্য নির্ধারণ করে দেওয়া ডোজের থেকে এই ওষুধটি বেশী সময় ধরে বা বেশী পরিমাণে গ্রহণ করবেন না। তাহলে সেক্ষেত্রে ওষুধটি আপনার শরীরের অবস্থা ভালো করে তোলার থেকে পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়াগুলির ঝুঁকিকে বাড়িয়ে তুলবে।

Deletus D Syrup দীর্ঘস্থায়ী ব্রঙ্কাইটিসে আক্রান্ত রোগীদের দ্বারা ব্যবহার করার জন্য সুপারিশ করা হয় না। আপনি যদি কোনও প্রকার MAO ইনহিবিটার ব্যবহার করেন বা ব্যবহার করেছেন তবে এই ওষুধটি আপনি ব্যবহার করবেন না কারণ এই ওষুধটি MAO ইনহিবিটারগুলির সাথে মিশ্রণ করে তীব্র মিথষ্ক্রি‌য়া করতে পারে। অতএব, আপনি এই ওষুধের দ্বারা চিকিৎসা শুরু করার আগে কমপক্ষে ১৪ দিনের জন্য MAO ইনহিবিটারগুলির ব্যবহার বন্ধ করুন। এই ওষুধটি 4 বছরের কম বয়সী শিশুদের দ্বারা ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়। এই ওষুধটি ৪ বছরের কম বয়সী বাচ্চাদের জন্য সুপারিশ করা হয় না।

Deletus D Syrup works as a decongestant by suppressing the nervous system and the part of your brain which is responsible for coughing. It does not really thin the mucus, but certainly provides relief. It also work as an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor agonist belonging to the penethylamine class, which acts as a nasal decongestant. It works by narrowing the swelling of blood vessels in the ear and nose, thereby providing great relief from discomfort.
