These are mainly due to viral infection and takes time for atleast 5 days. If child is taking orally well and not vomiting --> the not to worry eventually drugs would show improvement. Regards.
However if your giving formula feeds then do not forget to switch to lo lactose containing formula milk. As routine formula may increase the probs due to lactose content in it.
