Information about Xymex Mps Tablet

Xymex MPS Tablet contains Fungal Distaste, Papain and Simethicone. Xymex MPS Tablet provides a balanced combination of proteolytic and amylolytic enzymes which help in normalization of protein and carbohydrate digestion.

Among the three ingredients, Fungal Distaste helps in balancing the digestion of protein and carbohydrates in the body. Papain has enzymes that breakdown proteins and provide relief from pain and inflammation. Simethicone relieves the system from gastric issues like acidity, bloating and irritable bowel movement.

Xymex MPS tablet should be used in cases of indigestion, flatulence, and abdominal discomfort after meals.

Directions of use:
1-2 tablets twice daily immediately after meals or as required.

Use under medical supervision.

Yes, Don't use medications unnecessarily in infants. After starting complementary feeding babies poop frequency usually increases.in summer months, increase fluid intake to avoid constipation.

My son have gas problem Is Dabur Janam Ghunti is safe for one month old infant? If yes for how much time it should be continued? And I also have xymex and colicaid in case of some much cry.

Hi, Yes, it can be given for a duration of 1 week. If the cry is more, you can give Colicarmin drops, 2-4 drops 3 times a day.

My baby is now 4 months old. Dr. Gave xymex drops to her 5 drops thrice daily. How long should I give dis to my baby?

There is no recommendation for duration of use. Logically you should not be giving anything else to baby except breast milk till six months of age.

My 2 month old child passes lot of gas in a day. He doesn't seem to be uncomfortable with this. Someday as he pass gas 1 drop of stool also comes with it. He is 5 kg now. He takes breastfeed only. My doctor told to give him xymex drops for 2 3 months. 5 drops thrice a day. He is very active he plays and sleeps well. Only this time he passed stool after 3 days.

His weight seems appropriate for his age. Babies pass gas when the milk they have digested produces gas depending on the food consumed by mother, so if you are consuming more gas forming foods, the baby will pass more gas. Since baby itself is fine, I do not think theres any major worry.

Hello doc, my baby is 2 months old. He have some colic pain, doctor gave xymex drops, if the pain doesn't control he told to gave paracetamol drops for relief and better sleep. Nowadays he is not at all sleeping throughout the day. He is getting sleep, but at last he is waking up suddenly don't know why. During night time he is sleeping for sometime. But the day time he is not at all sleeping .is this normal? When will he get rid of this? He is always crying .can I give paracetamol drops regularly for sleep? Or can you suggest any foods for me to him to sleep. Even his feeding also good, he is trying to sleep ,but suddenly he woke up.

Hello, I doubt whether feeding is adequate or not? To say adequate you should atleast feed 15 min each time and in in between feeds baby should sleep atleast 2 hrs, and baby should gain weight, and urine for 5-6 times a day ,and baby is breast fed or bottle fed? Paracetamol regularly is not recommend and do not give any food to baby other than mothers milk, you can use colic aid drops occasionally not regularly ,check once whether feeds are adequate or not even after adequate feeds if baby not sleeping and not doing well then you should visit a pediatrician nearby.
