Xtracal K2 tablet is comprised of Vitamin K2, Calcium Carbonate (elemental calcium) and calcitriol. The combination of calcium and calcitriol develops the bone matter density and reduces the risk of fractures.
Role of key ingredients:
Calcitriol an active form of vit D3, is important for absorption of calcium.
Calcium carbonate is important for healthy bone, nerves & muscles
Vit K2-7 ensures healthy bones & preserves healthy arteries

You are perimenupausal age so you may have irregular pds. For gastric problem take some enzymes like vitazyme take isoflave cr 1 tab daily for one month welwomen tab 1 daily for one month for bp and depression consult physician. In routine gynae check up you should go for pelvic ultrasonography. Pap's smear exam.
