Xerina cream contains glycolic acid. Glycolic acid is used as an exfoliant and helps remove dead cells. Xerina cream moisturizes and exfoliates rough dry skin. It is generally used as a moisturizer for the feet, keeping them soft and supple as well as helping cracks and sores heal. Xernia cream is ideal for dry skin and can also be used on the elbows and other areas where skin is dry.

Dark coloration of the skin in the underarms region is usually not a disease or medical condition. Dark underarms can be thought of as the skin?s response to exposure to certain elements, similar to a suntan that results from exposure to the sun?s ultraviolet rays. Some of the main causes of dark underarms are shaving, regular use of hair removing creams, excessive sweating, poor ventilation of underarms, accumulation of dead skin cells, and use of alcohol-based deodorants and antiperspirants. You can easily get rid of dark underarms using simple home remedies that are safe, effective, natural and affordable. Like lemon, Potatoes, cucumber, Orange peal & coconut oil etc.

Higher concentration may give you faster results. But it needs to be ascertained whether higher concentration (such as urea 40%, which is a strong keratolytic) products are safe to use for the condition that you have. Please consult a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and personalised advice.
