Wanish lotion is composed of the extracts obtained from Centella asiatica and Aloe barbadensis plants, rhizome of Curcuma longa, rind of Citrus sinensis, and oils from wheat germ and prunus amygdalus in a base of lotion. These ingredients in Wanish lotion nourish and repair the skin to make it more elastic and firm. They also confer anti-inflammatory effects to keep the skin healthy. Wanish lotion is useful for women having stretch marks caused due to pregnancy as it decreases the marks by 50 to 80 percent. DEAR LYBRATE USER...A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of turmeric on face with gentle massage,two times in a day...B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of triphala juice ,at night before sleep...C) take 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals?D) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyavardhini rasa after meals...Do all these things for 15 days ..it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions..THANKS

To maintain the skin health and reduce the dry skin condition, follow this - 1.Bathe with gentle soaps. If possible use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to bathe daily. This does not wash your skin off the natural oils. 2.Keep your bath short and do not use hot water to bathe. Use only lukewarm water. 3.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the body after bathing. You can also use a good moisturiser. 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health. 5.You can mix some oils like ? Sesame, olive, virgin coconut oil, wheat germ oil to apply before going to bed. 6.Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. Eat almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, sesame seeds to maintain skin health. 7.Keep yourself hydrated. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water to keep your skin soft and supple.
