Both should take care of not only the below stuff but oral hygiene too. Brush and then rinse mouth with mouth wash. Wash your private parts not only the front but back too, nicely with soap twice then go for it after drying with soft towel.

Females do not need this. 1.You should maintain high grade of personal hygiene. 2.Do change your underclothes at least 2 times a day 3.Wear cotton under garments 4.Stay hydrated.
