Dear Samuel Good control of asthma comes with strict adherence to your asthma action plan ie Use preventive inhaler with spacer on a twice daily regimen and use of releiver during acute attacks .Identifying your triggers and trying to control them.Allergy skin test to identify your allergans and taking oral immunotherapy ,controlling allergic rhinitis with antihistamines .Identifying other comorbid conditions such as GERD if present and treating it. Allergy control measures for dust ,fungus,cockroach as applicable,environmental control stop smoking ,stop using mosquito coils . Regular follow up with your chest ,Allergy doctor. Thank you

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Yes. Vicks inhaler fumes, if inhaled will provide a good elatedness for those people who are already on the influence of alcohol. There are no scientific provings to second the phenomenon yet. I suggest not to use such a method yet. Take care.

Thanks dear you ask me that your baby has nose blockage problem so steaming is ok but more use of Vicks inhaler for more this like of things is very harmful for his future so if you are baby suffering from nose blockage take h*********** treatment for It's better future
