Kulon ointment is an ayurvedic formulation that helps to relieve the condition of piles and fissures. It contains natural extracts such as jathyadi taila, nirgundi, turmeric, haridra & sal tree extract.
Jathyadi taila heals stubborn wounds while nirgundi reduces pain and turmeric as well as haridra is an antiseptic .

Kulon ointment provides relief from the painful conditions that affect anal region. It works by inducing fast healing and providing soothing effects. It also shrinks the pile mass at the anal region. Kulon ointment possesses anti- inflammatory property (reducing inflammation), relieves pain and stops bleeding.

Directions for use:
Apply before and after passing stool for 2 to 3 times a day with an applicator.

Ab packs are well toned abdominal (belly) muscle. To get ab packs follow these methods: 1. On abdomen (belly) there is a layer of fatty tissue. First you have to dissolve the belly fat. For this, start running in morning. Start with 10-15 minute fast walk and then running for 2-5 minutes. Slowly increase the running time upto 15 minutes. 2. Eat lots of green vegetables and lessamount of fat rich foods like butter, cream, fried food. 3. For gaining ab muscles, increase protein rich foods- soyabean, careals, cheese, eggs. * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. 4. For proper shapeof 6 pack abs, follow proper exercise for abs. Do crunches exercise regularly. Follow these instructions seriously and get six packs abs definitely.

Sir I would like to get weight, for that I have been taking 'one glass of milk with 2 bananas with eamty stomach in behalf of the break-fast in the morning. Is it right to follow this or does it have any effect? Kindly suggest me sir. Thanking you Warm regards Vasu.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss.
