Please get your husbands semen tests and your hormone and tube tests done. You can continue with the medicines. If there is any problem in the tests then some treatment can be planned accordingly.

That tablet is not of much use, except it can improve egg quality in few cases. Don't delay fertility treatment because Endometriosis can hamper conception.
