Dear Lybrate user, If only IgG is raised, then it is of no concern as far as Rubella and Cytomegalovirus virus infections go. These infections are not responsible for repeated abortions.

Rubella igg 3.35 and cmv igg 1.50 AND SUGGESTED TORCHNIL AND ROVAMYCIN. NOW I WANT HEALTHY baby .is this possible?
Yes, it is very much possible. Get Igm level of both the infections done to know the present status, if that is negative, nothing to worry, if positive , wait for 6 months for planning pregnancy

With due respect, I would say that the cmv and rubella cannot cause repeated miscarriage (that too at the gap of 6 yrs- 2009 and 2015). And pls be informed that these are old tests and obsolete tests. Only old books have written that these tests should be done. But the modern doctors don't recommend it anywhere in the world. If you continue to think about rubella and cmv, there is high chance, that other important cause of miscarriage will be missed and we will miss an opportunity to correct the cause of miscarriage. Moreover, igg high means you can never get these infections in future. That means, you might have got these infections at younger age (not related to miscarriage) but after that you developed immunity, so you and your baby are protected from this. Then why you wasting time with torchnil capsules and the obsolete torch tests? it's 2015. Don't take treatments which was advised in 1915.
