Ca deficiency does not cause tooth senstivity. Its due to desolution of tooth layers and exposure of pulp. If its in early stage can be corrected by medicated paste if not then filling or rct has to be done. Get them treated accordingly. U may consult me as well

How to take care of our toothbrush before and after brushing and where and how to store our toothbrush after brushing?
You need to keep your toothbrush too clean, which everyone does by washing the brush with plain water before and after brushing. There are certain plastic covers available now days Which act as a protective cover for the bristles avoiding them to get contaminated. Make sure you change your brush on regular intervals. Usually when you observe that your bristles have started bending, it's an indication to change it. It usually lasts for 2-3 months max. Avoiding doing this may make the bristles more sharp and result in abrasion of the teeth.

Hi. All mouthwash are almost same, best is home remedy of rinsing with lukewarm water and salt in it. Use medium tooth brush, though more than the type of brush it's the brushing technique which plays more role. Use any sensitive toothpaste like elsenz, acclaim, thermoseal ra for sensitivity and switch over to normal toothpaste once sensitivity settles. Take care.
