Skinbless Lite Cream

No soap will whiten your skin, use SKINBLESS LITE CREAM at night and 1 cap daily of Viterma in the morning, use good sunscreen.

Skin complexion is natural, you have to wake up early morning, drink 2 glass of water. Do yoga, kapalbhati, anulom vilom pranayam daily, eat 20 % less food of yr appetite, than there is no need of any cream, but if you want then use aloe vera gel for whole night.

For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and For cold take tablet cetrizine at night and For cough take syp ascoril-D 2.5 ml twice a day

You may have applied a cream containing steroid, that lighten the skin at first but later lead to darkening and other side effects. Lack of adequate sun protection over a long time leads to “dark complexion” or “dull skin” over and above the patients original lighter complexion. Once this develops, sun protection measures and sunscreens should still be started to prevent further darkening and dullness, but to restore the initial lighter complexion a combination of skin lightening treatments are required. Use sunscreen and a skin lightening moisturiser eg.- skinbless light cream. This will prevent further darkening, but to get red of already tanned skin and to achieve faster skin lightening, take stronger creams under skin doctor's supervision and get chemical peels or meso peels done. Skin brightening mesoporation also works well for face de-tan and glow.

Just stop using it. Wait for few days. If the side effects does not go itself then consult for proper treatment.
