Get a xray of the tooth done by visiting a dentist. It can be carious .get it restored. Rx:- thermoseal repair toothpaste senquel mouthwash.

It's sensitivity, you should brush with sensodyne toothpaste, and you should visit a dentist for this purpose as soon as possible.

Hii lybrate-user, if you are having severe sensitivity use thermoseal ra toothpaste with ultrasoft tooth brush for a month. Before brushing, apply the toothpaste on all the teeth, leave it from 5-10 min and thn brush. Do it twice a day morning n night. Avoid having too hot or too cold food. Maintain good oral hygiene.

you can try using senquel f (dr reddy) apply over affected area for 3 to 5 minutes.. and after that brush your teeth with same paste..if senstivity is persistent.. then kindly get yourself checked to with dentist so as to get a proper treatment ..
