1000 is a very high dosage. You can take Pancreatinum 30CH, 2-3 drops in a tsp of water thrice a day. Depending on your symptoms, you might be needing more medicines. Pancreatinum alone might not be sufficient or indicated. I suggest you consult a good homoeopathic doctor near you before starting the medication. Hope this helps.

I have pityriasis alba on my face please suggest best medicine for this condition.
I understand you're looking for the best medicine for pityriasis alba on your face. Unfortunately, I cannot provide specific medical advice or prescribe medication, as it's crucial to consult a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and treatment. However, I can offer some general information about pityriasis alba and potential treatment options: pityriasis alba is a benign skin condition characterized by small, pale patches, typically appearing on the face, arms, or neck. While it often resolves on its own, treatment can help manage symptoms and speed up the healing process. Treatment options for pityriasis alba primarily focus on soothing the skin and reducing irritation. Here are some commonly used approaches: moisturizers: emollients and creams help hydrate the affected areas and prevent dryness. Topical corticosteroids: low-potency steroid creams can reduce inflammation and itching. However, long-term use should be avoided due to potential side effects. Calcineurin inhibitors: these creams, like tacrolimus and pimecrolimus, suppress the immune system and can be effective in some cases. Light therapy: in some cases, ultraviolet (uv) light therapy may be used to stimulate skin pigmentation and improve the appearance of the patches. It's important to remember that the best treatment for pityriasis alba will vary depending on the individual and the severity of their symptoms. Therefore, it's essential to: consult a dermatologist or healthcare professional: they can diagnose your condition accurately and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan based on your specific needs. Follow your doctor's instructions: use any prescribed medications or treatments as directed and attend any follow-up appointments. Practice good skincare: gentle cleansing, regular moisturizing, and sun protection can help manage symptoms and prevent recurrence. Here are some additional tips for managing pityriasis alba: avoid harsh soaps and detergents that can irritate the skin. Wear loose-fitting clothing made from breathable fabrics. Manage stress, as it can worsen skin conditions. Be patient, as it may take time for your skin to heal completely. I hope this information helps! please prioritize seeking professional medical advice for your pityriasis alba and follow your doctor's recommendations for the best treatment outcomes.
