LAUROCERASUS DILUTION

Laurocerasus is a plant remedy also known as cherry laurel or common laurel.This homeopathic remedy is obtained from fresh leaves and is used widely for cardiac and respiratory complaints associated with coldness, lack of vitality and tendency to collapse.

Clinically given for conditions such as congestive cardiac failure, congenital heart defects, coma,cyanosis and pneumonia.
This is used for following symptoms

Heart

Palpitations
Spasmodic cough in heart patients
Skin blue due to less or lack of oxygen supply

Chest

Difficulty in breathing which is worse when sitting up. Gasping for breath
Tickling dry cough
If phlegm is present it is jelly like or mixed slightly with blood.

Deep sleep with snoring and loud breathing.
Due to poor blood circulation limbsappear bluish. Cold clammy feet and toes.

Dose- As prescribed by physician. Can be taken along with other allopathic medicines.

Precautions

Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine.
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
