Prepared from the St Ignatius Bean, Ignatia is very well used therapeutically for emotional complaints.

All complaints are very erratic in their nature and very superficial.
It is well recommended when there is a history of grief and worries.
Marked increased sensations of all the senses.

Mind
Suited to people who are hysterical in nature, nervous nature of women who are mild and very sensitive.
Mood swings, sad, sighing and sobbing, not talking with others much.
Headache which worsens after smoking and smelling tobacco and on stooping.
Muscles of the face and lips twitch.

Throat and Ear
Tonsils are swollen, with pus and small ulcers. Pain travels to the ears.

Hello Ms. lybrate-user No, you should not take any homoeopathic medicne without a consultation by a homoeopathic physician. You should not take any homoeopathic medicine for long. Only a few doses if chosen the correct medicine and with the correct power can create a significant change in the health of any patient in homoeopathic preswcription. What is your age. Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if you not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light do some kind of exercise daily. Slowly your sleeping timings will change. It will take time. Have patience.
