SBL Aesculus Hipocastanum 0/28 LM

This remedy is prepared from a plant, which is commonly known as European horse chestnut. It is used for a backache, constipation, piles (hemorrhoids), varicose veins. Flying pains all over the body with the fullness of organs.

Head
Irritability
Dullness and confusion
Giddiness on walking and sitting
Pain from occiput to frontal region

Throat
A sore throat (pharyngitis )
Burning on swallowing food
Mucus sweetish taste
Throat sensitive to inspired air

Rectum
Piles, Haemorrhoids without constipation
Dryness felt in rectum with dry, hard stools
Severe Pain in rectum, like small sticks, were poking
Minimal Bleeding from piles
Piles with a backache worse during monthly periods in women
Burning pain in anus with sensation of coldness going up and down the back
Irritation caused by ascarids and aids their expulsion

Back
Soreness of back
A backache with weakness
Pain increasing on walking, stooping
Hands and feet turn red and swell after washing

Fever
Chill at 4 pm.
Chilliness up and down back.
Fever 7 to 12 pm. Evening fever, skin hot and dry.
Sweat profuse and hot with the fever.

Dose: As prescribed by the physician. Can be taken with Allopathic medicines

Precautions
Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine.
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
