Azithral is an antibiotic if it is not improving then cough might be allergic in nature. Get use of nebuliser with prescription of your pediatrician. He would help you for the same.

Dear sir, I am having chronic coughing problem for many years especially during winter and rainy seasons it affects me more. Currently I am stable but whenever i pass through dusty ,polluted area this cough reoccurs.I also live in one of the most polluted area of maharashtra.There is a dryness feeling in my throat.I feel like dust sticking in my throat and feel like swallowing saliva continuosly but there is NO BALGAM like cough.I keep coughing continuosly. I dont have T.B. I n 2011 i was hospitalised for the same.Doctors gave me some anti biotic injection and their diagnosis report says:- ACUTE FEBRILE CLRTI DUE TO 'MARAXELLA CATARRHATIS.They gave me this tablets and injection:- cap-ramfal'bd,tab-pan 40, syr-zyrcof ,syr-corex ,inj-traxol s1.5 gm 2 times daily. I had moderate to high fever,appetite mild,no VX/LM,I WAS ALOS GIVEN NEBULISER TREATMENT.Am i having asthama problem?HOW TO GET OVER THIS PROBLEM? HELP

Get a spirometry done to r/o asthma. If spirometry normal,then the cough is due to environmental pollution .You are living in a polluted environment and it can effect some with hyperresponsive airways.

My daughter is 8 month old an 20 days back she got viral bronchiolus and was given antiflu, advent forte, rinifol,brozeet syrup n it got cured but now again she has got cold n cough with running nose, coughing,wheezing cough? Is this same wat she has 20 days back or it can be different? Dr. has prescribed me asthalin ls syrup, moxikind cv drops, alex junior ,are this medicines are fine or sud I take something else and if yes than what shoud I take? Should I nebulizer her and if yes wat medicine should I put?

Ni do not put her on nebuliser. Otherwise she will adapt herself to take nebuliser every time. That is not gud for her in long terms. So give her medicine which was prescribed by Dr. Else if uhh take homoepathic med fr her that will be more beneficial fr her she will not be attacked by same disease again n again and root cause of her disease will be cured. My son who is 2.5 years old had fever which passed two days back, pediatrician prescribed azithral and montair lc kid which we are giving him but from today he has started coughing, we went to the doctor and he prescribed budesal and mucomix and asked it to mix it with normal saline, now I do not understand how am I supposed to mix normal saline to budesal and mucomix. I was told to nubulise him separately with both. Please help me to understand the process of nebulization and how am I supposed to mix them in what quantity?

You need to take the medicines separately in the nebuliser cup and mix it with 2 ml normal saline (you can buy separately) and switch on the nebuliser and place it on the face of your child.

I am 33 yrs old female, since past few months I am feeling numbness in my left arm and at times I have problem in breathing and its becomes very severe and then I had to take nebulisers and pumps of beudecord and asthalin. Kindly suggest because after this my body becomes week and very week. Pls guide what is this. I have thyroid and taking thyronorm 100 mcg.
