1. Wash face regularly --washing regularly can reduce the amount of oil on the skin. Wash with a gentle soap and warm water 2. Use a toner--astringent toners that contain alcohol tend to dry out the skin. U should test out any new toner on a small patch of skin to avoid potential irritation. 3. Pat the face dry--when drying the face after washing and using toner, people should gently pat their skin dry with a soft towel. This should be done with care, however. Pulling down on the skin with a towel, or using a rough washcloth, is not advised, as it may stimulate the skin to create more sebum. 4. Use blotting papers-- blotting papers will not treat the sebum production in the skin, but they can be used to lift excess oil off the skin throughout the day to make it appear less shiny. 5. You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Also stay hydrated, avoid greasy foods and trans fats, and to eat a well-rounded diet full of whole foods.

No face wash can make your skin fairer. Suntanning is the one of the major reasons that makes your skin darker. Use sunscreen with spf-30 when you are out (9am-5pm). Have nutritious diet

Hello hope you are keeping safe 1) kozicare cream is a skin lightening cream with key ingredients being kojic acid and glutathione. Since both these ingredients make skin hypersensitive to sunlight, it is mandatory to apply a sunscreen of spf not less than 50 and also to apply kozicare only in the night and only to the dark spots. It can also tend to dry out skin and therefore a good moisturizing routine is also required otherwise the cream has a good safety profile to use. 2) please be aware that acne break outs could be due to various reasons like - hormonal imbalance - stress - excess humidity - environmental pollution - excessive sebum/oil production - dandruff / pityriasis capitis - excessive moisturizers on face - oil based cosmetic products - frequent touching of face with unclean hands - an improper sleep wake cycle - junk diet and foods like egg, dairy products, meat and poultry food, nuts and oily food - an underlying disease like pcod and thyroid - hereditary - dehydration - excessive sun exposure the triggering factor should be identified and to be avoided. 3) you can continue with ridacne washes and nilac a gel as it is safe and effective. Also add a medicated non oily moisturising lotion antioxidant capsules and a gel based sunscreen of spf not less than 50. 4) also follow these simple measures- - do not pick on your acne as it lead to scarring which could be deep and permanent -do touch your face with unclean hands - do not scrub you face -avoid cosmetic products especially the oily based ones, unless the present flare-up subsides -apply a sunscreen with spf not less than 50 - relax yourself, and make yourself stress free ,as stress is a big contributing factor. -avoid oily food, junk food, dairy products ,egg yolk, fatty and too spicy foods. 5) also take care an be aware about few of the reasons that causes these acne - high consumption of dairy products - cola, caffienated drinks, aerated drinks, high sugary foods - high humidity - over application of moisturizers and creams clogging the pores - excessive sebum secretion inherently. - picking/ squeezing acne, abrasive washing or frequent scrubbing for acne specific treatment kindly send me a photo of your acne to grade the severity and to give treatment accordingly. Hope your query is cleared thank you and take care.
