Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Dear Lybrateuser, - For your tiredness & insomnia do not depend on medication, rather set a proper daily routine for yourself, have a well balanced diet, destress yourself - the most important thing is a proper sleep, the lack if which is causing your tiredness & lethargy, follow some tips: - be active throughout the day, do the house chores, take a walk or join any class to learn something, an exhausted mind & body helps to induce sleep, if you have a nap in the day then should not be more than 20-30 min between 1-2 o'clock as the later it is, makes it more difficult to sleep at night, preferably avoid any nap in the day - set time in the day for a walk, do yoga or follow a hobby, read - try to go to bed at a fixed time & also try to get up early, avoid watching TV or mobile at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime, better to read or listen to light music, have a glass of warm milk before bedtime, have a light dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains & protein foods like seafood, milk & milk products, legumes, sprouts, nuts, have a protein food in each meal & also as a snack as it provides energy regularly to the body - have meals on time, do not skip meals - you can have a revital after breakfast with milk or water.

Yes, it is very good to take the multivitamin. They give a good source of antioxidants. You can also give homoeopathic treatment to have better control and to avoid the side effects which allopathic treatment cannot.
