Hi @ apply mixture of onion and lemon juice on the scalp, @take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, @take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, @take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, @take 20 ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVA and 2-2 tablets of leelavilas rasa and raktastambhak vati after meals, @use vatajatadi taila, do all these things for 30 days?it gives you good result?thanks.

1.Wash your face twice daily with soap and warm water to remove excess oil/by 2.Wash face with Acnestar soap (Benzoil peroxide). 3.Don?t scrub your face. 4. Apply acnestar gel (1%clindamycin+15 nicotinamidetwice daily for 4 week. 5.If no relief, consult skin specialist.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest 4.If no relief do blood examination like ESR, CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp/malaria antigen and Dengue antigen(NS1) test after consulting doctor 5. consult me for further advice

1. Do warm saline gurgling and steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2-3 times daily. 2. Put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily. 3. Take viscodyne d syrup 2 tsf 2-3 times daily if you are having dry cough or viscodyne syrup 2 tsf three times daily if you have cough with sputum. If no relief, you have to take antibiotic.
