Rejuvit Plus Capsule contains Vitamin A, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Niacinamide, D-panthenol, Biotin, Zinc, Iodine, Iron, Manganese, Chromium, Molybdenum. Multivitamin formulations are used to provide Vitamins that are not taken in through the diet. Multivitamins are also used to treat Vitamin deficiencies (lack of Vitamins) caused by illness, pregnancy, poor nutrition, digestive disorders, and many other conditions.

Water and green tea can be sipped on in between meals to prevent dehydration. 3)Take Iodine rich foods such as seaweed and algae should be eaten regularly. 4)Foods such as broccoli, cauliflower, soy, beans, and spinach can actually slow down the functioning of the thyroid so they should be eaten in small quantities. 5)Try to avoid artificial sweeteners, caffeine, dairy, and alcohol when on a diet for hypothyroidism. 6)Do regular exercise and take a multivitamin caps [REJUVIT PLUS CAPS]regularly at bedtime. Cover your hair with a shower cap.Leave it on overnight and shampoo your hair in the morning. 3)Do check your TSH level to rule out hypothyroidism. 4)Use [Heads & Shoulder Shampoo] reguarily.
