Calorie dense foods to incorporate into your diet include: nuts and nut butters, avocados, full-fat dairy products (cheese, yogurt and milk), butter and oil, and eggs. Discontinue use of medicines immediately. Are you experiencing any side effects? Such as nausea vomiting diarrhoea? If not then you are probably safe. Expiry date of medicine does not mean that it is harmful to the body. For most medicines it means only the effectiveness of the medicine has decreased. More tips to gain weight: Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes.

Weight gain can happen if you focus on having good appetite & digestion and also on eating right food at right time. Focus on eating right amount of carbs & proteins. Also daily light exercise can help.
