As long as the baby is active, do not worry. Give him water, tender coconut water, juice without adding sugar. Give home lots of water containing vegetables. Growing children need adequate protein. Make sure you give lentils, egg, nuts, milk to meet the requirements. Give fish if he likes. Give ragi porridge everyday. Add pure ghee to his diet.

You can take ors everyday if you have symptoms like loose motions and vomiting or take high water content foods like watermelon, kiwi, oranges, cucumber, tomato etc .Drink lot of water everyday.

"As" per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -
1)Do check his stool now and add following medications -
a)[AB-CEF SYR ]-to control infection [8 mg/kg daily as a single dose]
b)[CALPOL DPS oral drops] one ML every 8 hours for fever
c)BIO-LYTE ORS powder for oral soln to prevent dehydration
You can add [Glucon D]if he likes and continues to breastfeed
Do follow preventive step like this -
Wash your hands before and after preparing food. In addition, wash your hands after handling uncooked meat, using the toilet, changing diapers, sneezing, coughing and blowing your nose. Use hand sanitizer when washing isn't possible. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer when you can't get to a sink. Apply the hand sanitizer as you would hand lotion, making sure to completely cover the fronts and backs of both hands. Use a product that contains at least 60 percent alcohol.
