Hello, These gels doesn't work for old scar/stretch marks. Microneedling or carbon dioxide laser treatment are few options for old stretch marks. However multiple sittings will be required. Take care.

Hello, The treatment depends on type of scars opexa and mederma may help in surgical scars to reduce redness. Creams do not work after the scars have settled which is usually by 6 months. Hello, Scars are of various types and treatment depends on whether it is pigmented, flat, elevated etc. There are various treatments for scars which include creams, chemical peels, microdermaabrasion, microneedling, radiofrequency, surgery, fat fill laser etc. Creams work only for superficial pigmentation not for scars. You can start initially on milder depigmentation creams which contain kojic acid, arbutin, niacinamide like Melaglow at night and use sunscreen three times a day. You can consult me with pictures.
