Nuroplex Forte syrup contains folic acid, vitamin B1, B2, B6, niacinamide, calcium pantothenete and mecobalamin as active ingredients.
Role of key ingredients:
Methylcobalamin normalizes protein transport in the cells of diabetic patient. It exhibits inhibitory effects on nerve degeneration in people with neuropathies.Methylcobalamin accelerates the metabolic pathways of nucleic acids, proteins and lipids through its involvement in the transmethylation reaction; thus, it exerts a repairing effect on injured nerve tissues.
Nuroplex Forte syrup is used in the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:

Sir, I am 43 years male, from last 6 years I have suffering from diabetes but it is in control and taking regular medicine. From last two years I am getting problem of erectile dis-function, so I consult my dietitian doctor and he suggest to take tab ed save and tab xynomin. After several dose my problem of erection minimize by 70% and then I stop that tablets, but from last one year my sex desired reduce to 30-40% and from last 3 to 4 month during intercourse with my partner the erection does not standstill to do properly intercourse and many times ejaculation happened suddenly and can't satisfied my partner.
