Hello lybrate-user! For a growing age, protein vitamins and minerals like iron calcium zinc magnesium iodine are important. High protein foods include all pulses and legumes (green gram dal, bengal gram dal, rajma, chickpeas, red gram etc), sprouts, paneer, tofu, skim milk, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, egg whites, skinless chicken, fish etc. Iron is mostly found in all green leafy vegetables, ragi, bajra, liver, gingely seeds, rice flakes, etc Calcium is found in all milk products, paneer, curd, yoghurt, buttermilk, skim milk, jowar, all green leafy vegetables. Zinc and magnesium are mostly found in all protein rich foods, all fruits and coconut water. To obtain complete nutrients follow a balanced meal which includes all the food groups daily such as cereals, pulses, nuts, milk, egg or meat products, fruits and vegtables.

A. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables ? Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains ? Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts ? Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients.

Hi lybrate-user. Every doctor has different suggestion and different favorites. According to the amount of nutrients and its bioavilability I have found Amway Nutrilite daily very good. Otherwise it is your decision.
