My wife and myself are having knee joint pain while getting up or sitting on floor. After seeing TV ads, I have bought astha Jeevak paste and oil to be applied on knees. As per TV ad and literature astha Jeevak is a three month course. I want to know whether the product is one time affair with long term relief or is it habit forming.

You become black due to sun burn. Apply spf+30 sunscreen lotion 30 minuties before going to play. Take khadiraristha syrup 3 spoon add 3 spoon lukewarm water take after lunch end dinner.

It does show some improvement... but if your skin type is dry then it will aggrave it... Instead read my article on skin care and follow that instructions to have healthy facial skin..

If pimples are due to oily skin,then multani mitti can be of great help but only temporary effect.You can try it regularily, and if problem still percict then consult me. Prepare a paste of Multani mitti + 1 spoon Turmeric powder +10 drops Lime nd add Raw milk to prepare a paste nd apply thi paste twice in a week
