1. Check with stress is causing migraine then you will have to manage your lifestyle.
2. Long term Acidity can also be a cause for migraine so you have to take care of it using ayurvedic medicines for best results.
3. Increase in eye problem i.e. check whether you eye no. has increased if you have specks.
4. Avoid oily, spicy and salty food in your diet. Avoid heavy to digest items like nonveg, bread, pizza etc.
5. Drink less tea if you drink it too much.
6. In you food add 1/2 tsp of ghee like in on your roti or in rice.
7. Do not consume alcohol/ carbonated drinks as they tend to increase migraine in long run.
8. Add amount of almonds, whole grain seeds, fruits n vegetables in diet. Stay hydrated.

10. Don't stay awake late night or sleep in day time as both increase stress in body.
