Hi, Most of the times during particular season children are prone to get fever frequently. Unless there is no major issue / any other symptoms during each time nothing to worry. Child's weight is ok now. Better give Vitamin D syrup (D3 MUST) 5 ml once a day & Zinc syrup (MINTONIA) 5 ml once a day for one month to improve the immunity. These are supportive measures. Prevention is best. Maintain good personal hygiene.

My baby's genital area turned red and paediatrician said it was diaper rash. He prescribed Mintonia syrup 2.5 ml daily and Candiderma + cream to be applied after each urine. He is 7 months old. Is it safe to take these medicines?

In addition to already you are giving, keep part clean and dry and open. Avoid commercial diaper. Use soft cotton cloth usually available in home.

If baby is having lots of diper rashes, and using rashes cream also but its not decresing and crying a lot for that while passing stool and urine Please suggest immediate relief for that ?

You have not mentioned how long your baby is having diaper rash. Diaper rash is fungal if there are lots of spots near the border of the rash called satellite lesions. This may need antifungal creams. Passing urine and stools on a rash is very painful for the baby and so you have to use a lot of barrier creams like ezinapi or rashfree cream in spoonfuls, and not just a little bit. This has to be done every time you change the diaper. If the child is in lot of pain, you can give paracetamol. Please also give zinc preparation like sy zinconia or mintonia 2.5 ml twice a day for 2 weeks. I assume you are breast feeding.
