When to use sunscreen lotion when we are using melaglow and what's the best sunscreen.
Sunscreen is must. Apply it 30 mins before sun exposure in morning. If not going outside, then also it is imperative to apply sunscreen since uv rays from devices, light coming from windows does have propensity to age our skin and cause sundamage in patients with sensitive skin. Also, reapply sunscreen every 2-3 hourly till 5 o clock in evening. Spf 30+ sunscreens are must. If you have oily face, non comedogenic, gel based formulations should be used. Dark circles are a common problem but the cause for its occurrence has to be determined. Most of the times, it's genetic that is it runs in the family. But inadequate sleep, nutritional deficiency or working on laptop for long hours can also cause this. Please get your hemoglobin checked.
