Control blood sugar strictly. Debridement of wound. Consider local oxygen therapy. Appropriate antibiotic locally and systemetically.

I have met with accident. And I was injured. There is no any fractures but injuries are there. I am using megapen capsules an antibiotic and megaheal ointment to heal the injuries. But the injuries are not getting recovered since 10 days. I kindly request you to suggest good antibiotics and ointment.

Sir I have been operated for anal fissure. And now 1 month have been over. But still I have pain after passing bowel. I have also taken antibiotics for two weeks after surgery as prescribed by surgeon. And still applying anometrogyl. Why the pain is not going after 1 month of surgery. I am also taking normal diet but I has passed some tight stool in previous 3-4 days. How it can be cured. Is surgery fails or it can be cured with some medication. Hi doctor, good evening. Yesterday late evening accidentally while cooking, hot oil poured on my leg. I put the affected area in running water for 7 to 8 minutes and then visited a hospital emergency where they applied silverex gel. Today morning there are some blisters have come up and one portion of the leg where maximum hot oil had fallen have become blackened.
