Timely food is very essential one .so kindly take food to avoid diseases .livomap in maharishi ayurveda and amlant 2-0-2 before food.

I have am having a mild cough from yesterday evening. The duration and onset of the cough is variable occurring once in 20 mins sometimes and evening nothing for more than 20 mins. I have no fever, shortness of breath nor running nose, no loss of taste or smell no vomiting and diarrhoea.
