Information about Livsav Ped Syrup

Livsav Ped Syrup mainly contains Mutlienzymes, Antioxidants which are helpful in proper digestion of food. Livsav is used as a liver tonic. It is helpful in controlling appetite (hunger). It controlling acidity. It helps in stomach clearing. It is also helpful in treatment of constipation. It is helpful in improving digestion of food.

Direction for use:
One to two teaspoonfuls after meal taken orally with or without water is helpful in digestion. This is paediatric preparation and used for children less than 5 years.

Hi, my daughter is 2. 5 yrs old. She was suffering from mild stomach infection, for which hey ped gave her of (7. 5 ml twice a day) for 6 days starting from fri. Since yesterday night, she is complaining from sore throat. She is not able to intake any solid without pain in the throat. Earlier her ped had prescribed droxyl for sore throat. My question is can I give her droxyl now when she is already taking oflaxin for stomach infection? please advise.

It is not safe to use ofloxacin for longer eriond. It may also help the sore throat as an antibiotic. However it is not specific for throat infection. After giving oflox for two days, let me know the progress. I shall suggest better antibiotic. Anyway for the time being, for pain give meftal syrup 5 ml thrice. Reply with your city. It is necessary to know your place ( weather there) take care.

Respected Sir, Mei Rice or Roti bahot hi kam khata hu. Actually I don't feel hungry in day time. So I have regularly used livsav plus ds syrup from last six months . Is there any side effects.

Mr. Lybrate user, instead of taking medicinal supplements, or supplements from outside, its always better to take in food form, if its problem with your less hunger,& quantity of food, you try to take, fruits, milk, veg salads, green leafy juices, carrots in raw form or juices, etc. I do not know the contents of the syrup, but anything for long time is not good. If its herbal, then to some extent its ok, but inspite of that syrup, since long, no improvrmrnt in your appetite, then, there will be no use by continuing, & think for alternative.

Hi. My 10 month old little one had diarrhea. Our ped prescribed to give taxim o dry syrup 25g/50 ml for 2 times a day in the dose of 4 ml. But I have 5 ml instead of 4 ml. Is there any problem in it?

see for such small baby do not start antibiotic first of all you can give the Syp Nutolin B 2.5 ml 2 times a day for 3 days then do follow up in opd ok

My 10 month old baby has runny nose, sneezing and coughs often, my ped suggested asthaline expectorant (3ml -3 times a day) gladimol c (6ml -3 times a day) for 3 days. My baby weight is 8.20 kilo. I just want to check if this is the correct dosage for my baby.

Dosage is correct, don't doubt on your pediatrician. But in viral upper respiratory infections don't give medicines repeatedly. Home made remedy will all that is required.

I'm suffering from androgenic alopecia. I want to take finasteride or dutasteride for prevent hair loss. But i'm concerned about one thing I heard. It can cause permanent side effects like ped even after discontinuation of the drug. Please help.
