Libero baby oil is a clinically proven mild and gentle formula for your baby skin. Libero oil contains Aloe Vera and Vitamins from natural oils. The pure mineral oil forms a silky barrier that locks the moisture. It locks in up to 10 times more moisture to moisturize babys delicate skin and helps protect from dryness.

It is difficult to tell how much this lotion is useful for the condition! I suppose whole body skin is not dry. If it is so consult either pediatrician or skin specialist. Otherwise you may use white petroleum jelly ie vasiline.
