Since both these ingredients make skin hypersensitive to sunlight, it is mandatory to apply a sunscreen of spf not less than 50 and also to apply kozicare only in the night and only to the dark spots. Hi lybrate-user! you can use both safely during feeding. But do remember, soaps and face washes usually do not lighten up the skin color. Cream can help in lightening up to certain extent as breast feeding phase has hormonal fluctuations.
