Jiva Amla Shampoo is the right shampoo if you are looking for one that keeps you fresh and cool through entire days heat & dust, prevents hair loss, graying and dandruff. It is no great secret that the amla (Emblica Officinalis) is a wonder berry that has innate Ayurvedic properties including balancing pitta Dosha. What we have managed is to get the balance of Amla and other ingredients right so that you have a versatile product on your hand.

Ingredients:
Jiva Amla Shampoo has Shikakai, Amla, Jatamansi, Fenugreek, Soap nut fruit, Bhringraj, Coconut, natural preservative, and perfume.

Directions of use:
Rinse the hair with water. Take Jiva Amla Shampoo, apply on the scalp and massage gently into the roots of the hair. Massage the Jiva Amla Shampoointo the scalp for 2-3 min and wash with water.

Indication:
Jiva Amla Shampoo is recommended for hair loss, graying of hair, thinning of hair.

Action:
Amla pacifies pitta dosha. Aggravation of pitta causes heating toxins, falling of hair, dandruff etc. The shampoo works against hair loss and premature graying of hair.

Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are ? eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

I have dandruff in my hair and I am use so many shampoo but not clean that please help.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use schwabe's anti-dandruff shampoo and anti-dandruff oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

To Prevent hair fall follow these instructions and methods: ? Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. ? You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. ? Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. ? Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. ? Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. ? Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. ? you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth. ?In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

The following are the tips that you can try out to get rid of hair fall and to prevent balding. 1. Coconut Milk And Oil One of the natural and best working home remedy to take care of baldness and hair loss on your scalp is to use coconut milk on your scalp regularly. ? Apply a mixture of about 20 ml of coconut oil, 10 ml of Amla oil and one or two teaspoons of lemon juice on your scalp and leave it there for some time. ? You can wash it off after 20 minutes. This will help in effectively healing your scalp as well as fight dandruff and thereby arrests hair fall. ? Regular use of coconut milk on your scalp will provide the necessary natural nourishments for your hair and will also help in nourishing your hair tissues. 2. Massaging Regularly With Basic Oils Massaging your hair and scalp with lukewarm basic oils like amla oil, coconut oil, almond oil or even olive oil will help in stimulating your hair follicles and prevent the scalp for developing dandruff. ?
