Hye, Thanks for your query. First of all no food will work in isolation in weight/fat loss. It's a balanced diet that is important to fat loss. Remedies like green coffee don't help weight loss. They help replace unhealthy drinks and act as a detox which definitely will help better metabolism. This will aid in your efforts to lose weight bit not in isolation. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called singular remedies will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, have your green coffee but accompany it with good diet, exercise and sleep to see result.

So drinking it after evening might keep you wide awake until late into the night which will disrupt your circadian rhythm. Taking the extra 50 calories instead would be healthier. If you already have issues with sleep, then don?t have coffee at all after sunset. Here are some tips to sleep like a baby. Alternatively, if you have something important to do and are feeling sleepy, then you should go for a black coffee. 3. Drinking plain water before tea / coffee helps less acid build build up in stomach. You must take 2-3 fibre biscuits or rusks with tea / coffee. Never take tea / coffee alone.

You cannot and should not lose weight instantly, as you did not gain instantly. Avg. Healthy weight loss in a month is 3-4 kg. You should give up packed and processed food, Reduce intake of milk, rice & wheat based food and increase intake of Fruits, veggies, nuts and sprouts.
