Information about I Vit L Capsule

I Vit L Capsule consist of Chromium picolinate, Coenzyme Q10, Copper sulphate, Docosahexaenoic acid, Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), Folic acid, Lycopene, Mecobalamin, Pyridoxine, and Zinc sulphate.
Coenzyme Q10 is an essential cofactor in the mitochondrial electron transport chain and help in the production of ATP (cellular energy). It also inhibits the oxidation of LDL-cholesterol and helpful in protecting heart and skeletal muscles. DHA and EPA provide the starting point for making hormones that regulate blood clotting, contraction and relaxation of artery walls, and inflammation.
Folic acid and methylcobalamin are necessary for producing red blood cells.
Lycopene is an antioxidant which protects cells from damage by free radicals generated within the body and thus lessens fatigue.
Chromium picolinate plays an important role in insulin regulation of blood glucose.

U don't need to have injections. Vit d3 granule sachets per week will correct it. But you need to tell your kidney function tests and paratharmone status also if you took treatment and not responding. Can consult nephrologist if kidney problems.

Hello, Iron and calcium supplements should never ever be taken together,they interfere with each others absorption. As far as vitamin E supplements are concerned,i hope you are taking them under doctors recommendation.As self medication can prove fatal.

Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon foods fortified with vitamin d, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy foods that provide vitamin d= milk, and cereals cheese egg yolks to get vitamin d from food, fish is a good option. Six ounces of cooked salmon has more than 600 international units (iu). Eggs are a great source of vitamin d, with two large eggs providing about one-tenth of a daily dose of vitamin d. Soymilk is also an excellent option, with up to 300 ius per cup. Mushroom is the only vegetable which is a natural source of vitamin d. Follow this diet take care.
