Yes ,you can take it, no issue in that. Those all are multi mineral and multi vitamins ,added rda requirements wii be fulfil, if any deficincy is there.

Burning fat with the help of a medicine is never a good option in my opinion. You should do more exercises or gymming for that purpose. Otherwise, having green tea before going to bed daily is also good. But it takes time to show results.

You can take spirulina for 3 to 4 months and stop it for a month ansd you can start it again, to avoid dependancy by your body Mr. Prasad.
