Burning fat with the help of a medicine is never a good option in my opinion. You should do more exercises or gymming for that purpose. Otherwise, having green tea before going to bed daily is also good. But it takes time to show results.

You can have amla powder on empty stomach and after 5-10 min you can have apply or banana. There is no time gap needed between taking Amla and going to gym.
