Composition : Alfalfa 1x , Avena Sativa 1x, Cinchona Officinalis 1x , Withania Somnifera 1x, Hydrastis Can 1x, Berberis Vul 1x, Chelidonium Majus 1x, Carduus-marinus 1x, Crataegus Oxy 1x, Ferrum Phos 2x, Kali Phos 2x, Natrum Mur 2x in non sugar syrup base.

Dosage : Two spoonful twice daily before meals or as directed by the physician. Can be safely used by the diabetic patients as it is in non sugar syrup base.

Disease : Lack of Sexual Power in Males due to Diabetes Melitus or other organic cause, impotency, organs relaxed. In Females apathy towards sex. Anaemia, Progressive Emaciation, Neurasthenia, Apathy in youngsters from Abuse of Sexual Powers. Deficient Secretion or Suppresssion of Milk in Nursing Women, Leucorrhoea.

Symptoms : A restorative Tonic, Vitalizing Liver & Libido. Recommended in lack of Vital Heat in young and old persons, premature old age with great Depression of Spirits. Hi, any tonic or supplement will only give result till you use them. Weight is a sum total of bone, water, muscle and fat. You need to lose fat to get healthy. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours to improve metabolism and reduce fat. Have whole grain cereals like millets (bajra, jowar,ragi) and pulses and sprouts. Eat protein rich diet egg whites, sprouts (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Include healthy essential fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, vegetable seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits like citrus varieties, papaya and leafy vegetables in your diet. Eat heavy breakfast, as 40% of day?s energy comes from breakfast. Moderate lunch and light dinner with maximum fibre and protein?s. Avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Brisk walking, aerobics, jogging, skipping or any outdoor activity can be done. Sleep of 7-8 hours will help in releasing all toxins and reduce bloating thus will lead to weight loss.

Get your vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and follow up with findings and Tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face , forearms , legs with soap and water and I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity

Not feeling appetite although I have used many liver tonic and anzime and digestive tonic also.

Do some excercise daily, whatever you feel like. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Sleep well, 6-8 hours at night take smaller and frequent meals.

The best way to increase vitality is to exercise daily and eat healthy meals throughout the day. Try to indulge in early morning exercise and have a healthy breakfast. Have fruits and vegetables throughout the day.
