It contains Andrographis paniculata, Carduus marianus, Carica papaya, Chelidonium majus, Chionanthus virginica, Myrica cerifera.

You can take hydrastis can q and card m q 5 drops. From each twice daily before meal, rauwolfia s q 20 drop s twice daily. Take light exercise and walking avoid rich fatty spicy outside food. Termilea arjuna q cotinue to strengthen the heart.
